Our website is currently accepting orders for US and Canadian addresses. Contac us to quote shipping to other countries.

How do you calculate shipping?

We provide flat fee shipping via FedEx Ground and/or USPS Priority Mail.  Sample products and small items incur a $10 ground shipping fee. Larger and bulkier orders incur a $25 ground shipping fee.  If you order both sample products and larger items, the two flat fees combine to $35.  Samples will ship in a separate delivery.  Orders containing multiple products of the same shipping class incur only one flat fee. For example, a single order containing 2 different products that have a $25 shipping charge will incur one $25 shipping expense.

Canadian addresses incur a $40 larger item flat fee shipping and samples/small items incur the $10 fee.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, contact us for rates and options, including using your shippers account number.

I ordered a product that shows as in stock, yet the estimated ship date is several weeks out.  What gives?

Some items we offer are stocked at the manufacturer and will drop ship to you. In some cases, the manufacturer’s warehouse is overseas, adding to delivery times.  We will do our best to get your order out to as fast as possible and communicate the estimated arrival date.

We are noticing pandemic related production delays by some manufacturers due to parts and material shortages.  If an order is taking too long to fulfill, contact us. We will look into the situation and advise on available options.
